Quality & Safety

Quality and Safety are established in the bed rock of the company, the Current Directors having established the company and seen it grow into the large manufacturer it now is. They have always maintained a strong ethos of Quality and Safety in the products manufactured and supplied to their clients.
To maintain this and keep in line with current legislation the company employs several measures in its day to day activities.
The most important being external Auditors to ensure our systems are constantly up to date and comply with Government Standards.

Quality

Our Quality systems are well established throughout our manufacturing & installation services and are audited / monitored annually by a UK Approved & Notified Body which accredits us with a UKCA Marking certificate for manufacture.

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is a new UK product marking that is used for goods being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). It covers most goods which previously required the CE marking, known as ‘new approach’ goods.

We are currently certified to Exec Class 2 in Structural Steel Manufacturing (BS EN 1090-1:2011), ensuring that all structural steel items we manufacture have full tractability of materials and are fit for purpose.

From job tenders to the completed projects, the entire system is monitored and recorded to ensure you, the client, will receive a quality product fit for its end use.

This also enables us to have a highly proficient manufacturing environment within the works creating a smooth flow of materials and good quality of goods from all our supply chain.

Safety

Our accident frequency record and accident incident rating are constantly below industry average. To achieve this we are constantly monitoring and updating our systems to ensure we have a safe environment for our workforce and others around our day to day activities.

We utilise external auditors and health surveillance monitors to ensure our safe systems of work are current and applicable, the workforce is fit and healthy with no detrimental hazards within their working environment.
Being pro-active rather than being re-active is a large part of our ethos and has proven steadfast in our goals to achieve a safer environment and happy work force.
