At the beginning of 2024 our company directors endorsed a large extension programme to our main workshops at Rough Hey Place Preston, this was to allow us to meet our growing business commitments & further update our current modern productions system.
The proposed plan of development is to utilise some old storage yards to the north of the property by creating new storage areas and spray painting facility, then extend both workshops into newly purchased land to the South & East of the site.

Phase 1. Works began in February with the clearing of the adjacent land & the creation of the new Paint spray booth & storage yards, which were completed in April.

Phase 2. The Modifications to the fittings workshop on the East of the site by building a new extension & part demolition of the same workshop to the West allowing greater access across the site for delivery vehicles.
As of August, this work is now 60% completed & awaiting the installation of new machinery & the demolition works.

Phase 3. Main workshop extension is scheduled to commence early September, this large extension will house a new improved cut & drill line system allowing us to streamline & fine tune our manufacturing process using up to date modern technology.
